By downloading, accessing, or using Scanner Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
Scanner Hub is provided for personal and professional document scanning, enhancement, OCR, and file conversion. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
You agree not to use Scanner Hub to scan, store, or share unlawful, harmful, copyrighted, or otherwise unauthorized content. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that misuse the service.
You retain full ownership of any documents, images, or text you scan or upload through Scanner Hub. We do not claim ownership over your content; we process it only to provide the features you use, such as OCR, enhancement, and cloud sync.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Some features, like advanced OCR or unlimited cloud sync, may be offered as part of a premium subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before you subscribe, and subscriptions can generally be managed or canceled from your device's app store account settings.
We work to keep Scanner Hub fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time as we improve the app.
Scanner Hub is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data that wasn't backed up to the cloud.
Scanner Hub may integrate with third-party services such as cloud storage providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our features or legal obligations evolve. Continued use of Scanner Hub after an update means you accept the revised terms.
